Upload a face photo
Take a photo or upload an existing image. We accept JPG, PNG, and WebP formats up to 10 MB. Our system automatically detects and crops the face region for optimal matching.
Technical detail: Image is received over HTTPS (TLS 1.3) and processed entirely in server memory. No copy is written to disk at any stage.
AI generates a facial embedding
Our proprietary AI model analyzes the face and converts it into a mathematical vector called an 'embedding.' This numerical representation captures the unique geometric relationships of facial features.
Technical detail: The embedding is a list of 512 floating-point numbers. It cannot be reversed to reconstruct the original face. The original photo is permanently deleted from memory immediately.
Search across 500M+ sources
The embedding is compared against our index of over 500 million publicly available face images from social media platforms, forums, news sites, and public directories.
Technical detail: We use cosine similarity scoring on pgvector-indexed embeddings. The search typically completes in under 30 seconds.
Review your detailed report
You receive a comprehensive report listing all matching profiles found across the web. Each match includes the source platform, a direct link to the page, and a confidence score.
Technical detail: Reports are stored securely and accessible only to the authenticated user who initiated the search.
Privacy and security.
Immediate photo deletion
Uploaded photos are processed in server memory and permanently deleted within seconds. We never store, cache, or archive your original images.
Embedding-only storage
We store only mathematical embeddings. These cannot be reversed to reconstruct a face or identify a person without a matching query.
No third-party sharing
Your search queries and results are never shared with third parties, advertisers, or data brokers. Your searches remain private.
Encrypted infrastructure
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our servers are hosted in secure data centers with strict access controls.
