1. Agreement
By using FaceCheckNow at facechecknow.com and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. The Services are not intended for minors.
3. Services
FaceCheckNow provides AI-powered photo verification and image analysis tools. Results are generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for how you use the results.
4. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
6. Payments & Refunds
Paid features are offered through credits and subscriptions. Payments are processed by third-party providers and are subject to their terms.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. You may cancel subscriptions at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period with no refunds issued. If a scan fails due to a technical error, credits are automatically restored.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights in the Services, including software, models, and designs, belong to FaceCheckNow or its licensors.
8. Disclaimer
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
